Workday Integration/BIRT - Consultant

Qualifications:

Experience in complex project delivery and leading at least 2-3 Workday AMS projects implementation.

Mentor, coach resources and build high-performance teams.

Effective verbal and written business communication.

Ability to derive solutions for client and/or internal requirements.


Must-Have Certifications

  • At least 1 of these certifications in Workday: Integration Core, CCTPP, Studio, Workday Extend (formerly WCP).

Experience & Background

  • BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA

Candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of cumulative experience in IT, leading at least 2-3 Workday AMS projects.

Minimum 3+ years of HCM/Financial Integration experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or other HCM ERP applications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Manage large teams, inspire colleagues, and team members to live up to the values of the organization.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives, both in projects and operations to increase efficiency. Advocate and implement best practices.
  • Drive conversations on technical architecture and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Workday DA review processes at various stages of the SDLC.
  • Review code, configuration, integration security and manage deployments.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, client POCs.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Workday Methodology - LE / ME familiarity, Workday PM / EM
  • Workday Studio, BIRT, CCB, CCTPP (PICOF, PECI).
  • Workday Extend (formerly Workday Cloud Platform).
  • Prism Analytics
  • HCM / Finance Functional module knowledge familiarity.

Roles & Responsibilities: Consultant

You will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday expertise to elevate and realize success in the client's Workday journey.
Working as a team Member help drive initiatives within the practice to innovate and increase employee engagement.
As the Integration Co Lead in a project, you will be an SME contact for the customer related to integrations and are responsible for coordinating resources, and managing the work stream through planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Communicate effectively with leadership and execute on the strategy.
Contribute in achieving high operational efficiency within the practice.
