Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing, along with strong controls and effective stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end payroll cycles in Workday for North America clients, including validations, approvals, payroll runs, and off-cycle/retro processing Perform reconciliations (gross-to-net, payroll-to-GL, bank, tax, and benefits) and resolve discrepancies Maintain payroll data including EIB loads, earnings/deductions, tax elections, garnishments, and one-time payments Monitor and troubleshoot integrations (time systems, benefits, GL, banking) in coordination with vendors and internal teams Manage payroll-related queries through ticketing systems and ensure SLA adherence
