Deployment Engineer

Job overview:

We are seeking a Deployment Engineer to bridge the gap between Product Engineering and Customer by leading the deployment, configuration, adoption, and ongoing success of OI modules. This role is responsible for becoming a product expert, independently deploying solutions in customer environments, enabling customers through knowledge transfer, and providing continuous product feedback to the Product engineering team.

The ideal candidate combines strong cloud infrastructure expertise with excellent customer-facing communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and implement enterprise products across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
• Automate deployments using Terraform, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.
• Lead customer onboarding, technical workshops, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, optimize adoption, and support production rollouts.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Sales, and Customer teams to drive successful implementations.

Required Skills

• Azure, AWS, Terraform, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, PowerShell/Bash/Python.
• Microsoft Agent Core or AWS Bedrock.
• Networking, Containers (Docker), IAM, Storage & Databases.
• Monitoring tools: Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS deployments, IaC, and automation.
• Strong customer-facing, troubleshooting, and presentation skills.

Preferred

• Azure, AWS SysOps, or Terraform certifications.
• Experience with SaaS, AI platforms, and ServiceNow
