Your Job:

• As a Software Manager specializing in React and enterprise application development, you will lead a team of developers in building scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications.
• You ll oversee the full development lifecycle and ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects.
• This role emphasizes modern front-end frameworks, cloud-native development, and integration with enterprise platforms.

Our Team:

• You ll join a cross-functional Solutions Architecture team focused on delivering innovative digital solutions using React, Azure, and enterprise-grade APIs.
• The team collaborates across product, engineering, and business units to accelerate transformation and improve user experience across platforms.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the design and development of React-based applications integrated with enterprise systems.
• Architect scalable front-end and back-end solutions using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Azure services.
• Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Ensure application performance, accessibility, and security compliance.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Mentor developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software development, with 4+ years in a managerial or lead role.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Azure cloud services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of Agile development and DevOps practices.

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of SAP integration and enterprise data workflows.
• Exposure to backend technologies like .NET Core or Python.
• Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400, or AZ-305).
• Experience with application telemetry using Azure Monitor and Application Insights
