About The Job:

• We are looking for an SAP Fiori Consultant to design, develop, enhance, and support modern SAP user experience solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Business Technology Platform environments.
• The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and technical teams to deliver Clientive, responsive, secure, and scalable SAP Fiori applications.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 applications based on business requirements.
• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications, UI designs, and development estimates.
• Develop custom Fiori applications and extend or enhance standard SAP Fiori applications using SAP-recommended approaches.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML views, JSON models, and Fiori design guidelines.
• Consume and integrate OData services, REST APIs, CDS views, and SAP Gateway services with SAP Fiori applications.
• Configure and support SAP Fiori Launchpad, including catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, tiles, target mappings, and role-based access.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Gateway, and SAP BTP environments for application development and integration.
• Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, integration, security, and functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Perform unit testing, support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, authorization, OData, and Gateway-related issues.
• Prepare technical specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, deployment notes, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Follow SAP UX standards, accessibility guidelines, Clean Core principles, security standards, and development best practices.

Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, front-end development, or SAP technical consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON, MVC architecture, and responsive web application development.
• Good understanding of SAP Fiori design principles, Fiori Elements, annotations, smart controls, and user experience best practices.
• Experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting custom and standard SAP Fiori applications.
• Strong knowledge of OData services, SAP Gateway, CDS views, REST APIs, and backend integration with SAP systems.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration scenarios.
• Working knowledge of SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration, roles, catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, tiles, and target mappings.
• Experience with SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Web IDE, Eclipse ADT, Visual Studio Code, or similar development tools.
• Understanding of Git-based development, transports, deployment processes, and Agile delivery practices.
• Basic ABAP knowledge for debugging, service troubleshooting, and backend coordination is preferred.
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, SAP Build, SAP Mobile Services, and side-by-side extensibility.
• Exposure to ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model, OData V4, CDS annotations, and S/4HANA embedded analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori Elements, SAPUI5 freestyle apps, extension projects, and adaptation projects.
• Experience in application performance optimization, accessibility, browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Exposure to integration with non-SAP applications, enterprise portals, workflow applications, or digital transformation initiatives.
• SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP BTP, or SAP S/4HANA certifications would be an advantage.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP BTP, or SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile, hybrid Agile, or SAP Activate delivery models is desirable.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• The ideal candidate is a hands-on SAP Fiori consultant with strong SAPUI5 development expertise and practical experience delivering modern SAP user experiences across SAP landscapes.
• The candidate should be comfortable working across application development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support while collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
