Essential Job Functions:
- Design, configure, and deploy Rockwell PharmaSuite (FTPS) solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Prepare, configure, and review MES recipes, electronic batch records (eBR), and manufacturing workflows.
- Create and maintain cleaning worksheets, calibration records, and production workflows.
- Conduct mock Master Batch Record (MBR) executions and validate workflow design before production deployment.
- Perform end-to-end MBR verification to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Review and approve electronic MBRs against approved paper batch records, process flow diagrams, and control strategies.
- Define and execute MBR verification strategies, including challenge testing, boundary condition validation, and exception handling.
- Ensure MBR alignment with global MES templates, site-specific requirements, and standard design principles.
- Identify and resolve MBR defects, workflow inconsistencies, and data integrity issues before validation and release.
- Support validation activities, including UAT, OQ, PQ, and production readiness.
- Develop and maintain verification protocols, checklists, validation documentation, and summary reports.
- Convert manual manufacturing documents into validated MES workflows as part of digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, IT, Validation, and Engineering teams to standardize MES operations.
- Deliver end-user and operator training on Rockwell PharmaSuite (FTPS) functionality and best practices.
- Maintain configuration documentation and audit trails in compliance with GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
- Drive recipe optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and standardization.
- Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for MBR lifecycle management.
- Ensure audit readiness and support regulatory inspections through robust documentation and traceability.
- Strong experience in Rockwell PharmaSuite (FTPS) design, configuration, and implementation.
- Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in Recipe Authoring, Electronic Batch Records (eBR), and Master Batch Records (MBR).
- Strong understanding of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and pharmaceutical compliance standards.
- Experience in MBR verification, validation, and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of process workflows, cleaning worksheets, calibration records, and production documentation.
- Experience supporting UAT, OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification).
- Strong understanding of data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with QA, Manufacturing, IT, Validation, and Engineering teams.
