Essential Job Functions:
- Gather, analyze, and document front-office trading requirements from traders, desk heads, and quantitative teams.
- Analyze existing trading workflows and define target-state business processes within Murex Front Office.

Configure and validate Murex Front Office modules, including:
- Deal Capture
- Pricing
- Market Data
- Trading Workflows
- Static Data
- Support trading desks across multiple asset classes, including FX, Rates, Fixed Income, Money Markets, and Derivatives.
- Prepare detailed BRDs, FSDs, functional specifications, and process documentation.
- Configure and validate pricing and valuation setups, including market data, yield curves, and pricing model parameters.
- Lead business workshops for new product onboarding and trading workflow enhancements.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
- Define test scenarios, validate business outcomes, and manage defect resolution.
- Support production deployment, go-live activities, and post-implementation hypercare.
- Collaborate with Murex product teams, vendors, developers, and technical teams to resolve functional issues.
- Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and operational support documentation.
- Manage requirement traceability, scope changes, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure Murex Front Office solutions align with business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Experience: 5+ years
- 5+ years of experience as a Murex Front Office Business Analyst on implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
- Strong functional expertise in Murex Front Office modules, including Deal Capture, Pricing, Trading Workflows, and Simulation.
- Deep understanding of Capital Markets products:
- Foreign Exchange (FX)
- Interest Rate Derivatives
- Fixed Income
- Money Markets
- Credit Products
- Hands-on experience gathering and documenting business requirements from trading desks.
- Strong experience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and functional test scenarios.
- Knowledge of pricing, valuation, market data configuration, curve construction, and pricing models.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with traders, desk heads, quants, and business users.
- Experience supporting go-live, hypercare, and production rollouts.
- Knowledge of Murex platform migrations and implementation best practices.
- Experience working in global onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Murex certification or functional training is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Risk Management or Collateral Management modules is preferred.
