About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Process Configuration: Design and configure Document Processing (DP), Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO invoice parking, and automated exception handling.
- Workflow Design: Set up approval matrices (Chart of Authority) and routing rules for invoice approvals.
- OCR/Capture Integration: Link intelligent capture systems (e.g., OpenText Intelligent Capture/BCC) with SAP input channels for automated data extraction
- Cross-Module Integration: Align VIM with core SAP modules like Materials Management (MM) for 2-way/3-way matching and Financial Accounting (FI) for vendor invoice postings.
- DMS & Archiving: Manage SAP ArchiveLink to ensure digital documents are securely stored and linked to corresponding SAP transactions.
- Support & Enhancements: Perform root-cause analysis (RCA), troubleshoot workflow failures, and resolve Tier 2/3 incidents
