- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year programs
- Experience with global delivery models (onshore/offshore)
- Good understanding of:
- legacy systems (mainframe / NonStop / COBOL)
- cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- application, data, and integration modernization
- Ability to understand and govern complex technical solutions
- Experience with AI-led delivery models or automation-driven programs
- Understanding of Agentic AI / human-in-the-loop engineering
- Ability to translate AI strategy into execution outcomes
- Strong experience in Agile / SAFe frameworks
- Experience managing multi-team, multi-track Agile programs
- Ability to drive execution across iterative delivery cycles
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement experience
- Ability to manage complex organizational dynamics
- Experience managing program budgets, margins, and financials
- Ability to support pricing, cost optimization, and BAFO discussions
- Strong understanding of contract management and delivery commitments
