You'll be responsible for:
Lead corporate real estate fit-out projects, delivering agreed objectives, KPIs and client outcomes.
Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and procurement activities to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders, driving collaboration and service excellence.
Champion safety, quality, compliance and best practice throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee project changes, reporting, handover requirements and effective governance processes.
Drive innovation, digital delivery and net zero carbon principles to optimise project performance.
You'll need to have:
Proven experience delivering corporate real estate and fit-out projects within live client environments.
Strong project management skills across planning, budgeting, procurement and stakeholder engagement.
Sound understanding of construction methodologies, health and safety, and project delivery practices.
Relevant project or construction qualification; professional membership or working towards accreditation preferred.
