Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Jira / Atlassian Product Specialist with strong expertise in Atlassian Cloud, Jira Administration, and Data Center to Cloud migrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Forge app development, Atlassian ecosystem administration, and enterprise-scale Jira implementations.
Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Jira and Confluence environments.

Manage large-scale Atlassian ecosystems across Data Center and Cloud platforms.

Lead and support Jira Data Center to Cloud migration initiatives.

Develop and maintain Jira Cloud Forge applications.

Perform gap analysis between on-premise and cloud environments.

Configure Jira workflows, permissions, plugins, and integrations.

Integrate Jira with GitHub, Perforce, and other enterprise tools.

Utilize Atlassian REST APIs, JQL, and Groovy scripting for automation and customization.

Perform Atlassian installations, upgrades, and migrations.

Manage system performance, availability, and NGINX load balancing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
Required Skills

5–7 years of experience as a Jira Administrator or Atlassian Product Specialist.

Strong expertise in Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center administration.

Experience in DC-to-Cloud migration projects.

Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud Forge app development.

Strong knowledge of Jira configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.

Experience with Atlassian REST APIs, JQL, and Groovy scripting.

Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Linux, and Windows administration.

Experience with Confluence administration and integrations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have

Experience with GitHub, Perforce, and Atlassian marketplace apps.
