Roles & Responsibilities
• Individual contributor and participate in all project phases. Should be able to handle work independently
• Good understanding about business requirements and Analyze, Design, plan and develop solutions.
• Understand System architecture and support tech upgrade activities.
• Collaborate with Business to understand business objectives, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Day-to-day application support and maintenance.
• Should have Support & Development experience and comfortable to work in S&M mode.
• Committed with ownership & Team Player. Lead the project and guide team members.
• Expected to be flexible with working hours and capable of working in a process-oriented environment

Requirements:
• Required 4+ years’ experience with software development, in Oracle/JAVA platform. Having both development & support experience with active involvement in end-to-end SDLC
• Job assignment include Development/ Support / Enhancement activities of existing application including Project/CR/Upgrade etc (end to end SDLC).
• Shift Timings: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
