Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow TNI (Telecom Network Inventory) Architect to design, architect, and implement telecom and network infrastructure solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow modules [Telecom Network Inventory (TNI)), Telecom Service Management (TSM), Service Order Management for Telecom (SOMT], and along with strong understanding of network inventory, service modeling, and telecom operations. You will drive architecture decisions, ensure scalable implementations, and align ServiceNow capabilities with evolving telecom business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for telecom/network inventory (TNI)
• Design scalable solutions using CMDB & CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and TSOM/TNI
• Lead implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and telecom modules
• Model telecom/network services (L1/L2/L3, circuits, devices)
• Architect integrations with NMS, EMS, OSS/BSS systems
• Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and reconciliation
• Mentor teams and drive best practices
• Optimize platform performance and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB
• Experience with ServiceNow TNI, Service Mapping, Discovery
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and telecom lifecycle
• Integration expertise (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer
• Data modeling & CSDM

Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA
• CIS – Minimum 2 CIS certification
• Telecom certifications (Good to have)
• CTA (preferred)

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Leadership and mentoring ability
