Key Responsibilities
* Develop and customize Oracle PeopleSoft Contributor Relations applications.
* Design, develop, and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Application Packages, and Component Interfaces.
* Customize donor, alumni, fundraising, pledge, and gift management processes.
* Develop reports using PS Query, BI Publisher, SQR, and XML Publisher.
* Create and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Integration Broker.
* Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
* Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
* Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
* Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and production deployment.
* Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.
Mandatory Skills
* 5+ years of Oracle PeopleSoft Development experience.
* Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Contributor Relations.
* Strong PeopleTools development skills.
* Experience with PeopleCode.
