Required Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in software development with at least 4 years in a technical leadership role
Strong expertise in frontend (React or equivalent SPA frameworks) and backend (Node.js/Express or similar) technologies
Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable) and PaaS services
Proven experience designing scalable, distributed, and event-driven systems
Strong experience in API design, system integration, and messaging architectures
Solid database design expertise (relational databases, performance optimization, indexing strategies)
Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in Agile environments
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management
Expertise in authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC)
Strong technical documentation and communication skills
