We are looking for a skilled GenAI / AIOps Engineer to build intelligent AI solutions that enhance IT Operations using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and enterprise Knowledge Management. The role involves developing AI-powered chatbots, automating IT operations, improving incident management, and enabling intelligent support across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities

• Enhance enterprise chatbots using Knowledge Management (KM) documents to deliver accurate, context-aware responses.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using enterprise knowledge bases.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents using LangChain/LangGraph and Azure OpenAI/OpenAI.
• Collaborate with L3 Infrastructure and Application teams to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Implement AI-assisted ticket triage, routing recommendations, and resolution guidance.
• Convert SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles into AI-ready content.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks through AI and workflow automation.
• Improve incident handling through alert correlation, event analysis, and AIOps capabilities.
• Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM platforms.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and Responsible AI standards.
• Monitor chatbot performance, usage metrics, deflection rates, and operational improvements.
• Continuously improve AI models and automation use cases across IT Operations.
