Title- ServiceNow Developer
Exp- 9-13 yrs
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing,
configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to support
the Historical.ai RAG solution. The role includes building workflows,
UI components, business logic, and integrations while ensuring
adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best
practices.
Key Responsibilities Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, forms,
workflows, and user interfaces.
Build Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI
Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
Develop and consume REST APIs to integrate ServiceNow
with external systems.
Configure Agent Workspace/UI Builder components to
display Historical.ai recommendations.
Perform unit testing, defect resolution, code reviews, and
deployment using Update Sets/Source Control.
Collaborate with architects, integration developers, QA,
and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skill Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development
and customization.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes,
Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub,
and Scripted REST APIs.
Experience with UI Builder, Agent Workspace, and Service
Portal development.
Knowledge of ITSM/CSM modules, ServiceNow best
practices, debugging, and performance optimization.
Certifications Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)"
