About The Client:

About The Job:
- We are looking for an experienced Process Excellence Specialist with a Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification who has a proven track record of identifying process failures, conducting in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implementing sustainable process improvements.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis to reduce defects, improve operational efficiency, and enhance quality. This is a highly analytical role requiring someone who has successfully executed end-to-end improvement projects in previous organizations.
- Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on operational issues, process failures, customer complaints, quality defects, and productivity gaps.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies including DMAIC, Lean principles, and statistical analysis.
- Map existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, waste, variation, and inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Fishbone (Ishikawa) Analysis
- 5 Whys
- Pareto Analysis
- Process Mapping
- SIPOC
- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Control Charts
- Histogram Analysis
- Capability Analysis
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Value Stream Mapping
- Develop corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans and monitor their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive organizational change.
- Establish process performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor improvements.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions are updated following approved improvements.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to senior leadership through detailed reports and presentations.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification (Mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in process improvement, operational excellence, quality, or business transformation roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading successful Six Sigma or Lean improvement projects from problem identification through implementation and measurable results.
- Strong expertise in conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
- Experience working with large operational datasets and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Minitab, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is highly desirable.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies.
- Exposure to process automation or RPA initiatives.
- Experience in service operations, BPO, financial services, banking, mortgage servicing, healthcare, or shared services environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or PMP is a plus.
