ML Engineer I

• We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python Full Stack Development, GenAI/LLM applications, RAG architectures, Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-native platforms.
• This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions while integrating them with enterprise platforms and data ecosystems.

• Design and develop enterprise AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Build and deploy production-grade AI solutions using Python and modern backend frameworks.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and integration layers connecting AI solutions with enterprise applications.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge retrieval and grounded AI responses.
• Build multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
• Integrate AI platforms with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• Monitor and optimize AI application performance, reliability, observability, and cost.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and data management standards.

Mandatory Skills

Software Engineering

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on coding experience in Python.
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving and software design skills.

GenAI & AI Engineering

• Hands-on experience implementing GenAI solutions in production.
• Experience with:
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • AI Agents / Agentic AI
  • LLM integrations and orchestration
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI application design.

AI Frameworks (Preferred)

• Experience with one or more of:
  • LangChain

Backend & Integration Development

• Strong experience developing:

Required Qualifications
