About The Job:
  • Own environment readiness and operational administration for the Oracle Fusion divestiture program, ensuring that source and target instances, access, refreshes, schedules, sandboxes, integrations, monitoring, and cutover operations are controlled, secure, and ready for mock conversions and go-live.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Coordinate environment strategy for source, target, test, development, staging, and production instances, including refresh schedules and dependencies.
  • Manage environment readiness for mock conversions, system integration testing, UAT, payroll parallel, reporting validation, cutover rehearsals, and go-live.
  • Administer user access, service accounts, security roles, data roles, certificates, keys, integration credentials, and environment-specific configuration in coordination with security teams.
  • Coordinate Oracle service requests, environment clones, refreshes, patching windows, quarterly update readiness, issue escalation, and operational communications.
  • Support scheduled processes, ESS jobs, import jobs, report schedules, conversion loads, batch windows, and job monitoring during mock conversion and cutover cycles.
  • Manage sandboxes, configurations, migrations, and deployment coordination as required by functional and technical teams.
  • Coordinate SSO, identity management, network allowlists, SFTP/object storage endpoints, and integration connectivity for the separated environment.
  • Monitor system availability, job failures, performance constraints, storage/file handling, and environment access issues.
  • Prepare operational runbooks for environment readiness, access, cutover, support handover, and hypercare operations.
  • Support incident triage, severity escalation, root-cause coordination, and stabilization during go-live and hypercare.
Qualifications:
Required skills and experience
  • Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, scheduled processes, security access, service accounts, and environment operations.
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion SaaS lifecycle activities, including patches, quarterly updates, environment refreshes, clones, and support processes.
  • Strong knowledge of user/security administration, data roles, integration users, certificates, credentials, and SSO/identity management concepts.
  • Experience supporting FBDI/HDL loads, UCM file handling, ESS job monitoring, BI Publisher schedules, OIC integrations, and conversion cutover windows.
  • Ability to coordinate with Oracle Support, infrastructure, security, integration, functional, and data migration teams.
  • Strong operational control, change management, deployment coordination, and incident management skills.
  • Familiarity with release readiness, regression support, environment smoke testing, and access validation.
  • Strong documentation skills for environment plans, runbooks, support processes, and issue escalation.

  • All required environments are available, configured, and accessible for each program phase.
  • Conversion and test cycles are not delayed by access, environment, job, or configuration issues.
  • Cutover operates with clear monitoring, escalation, and restart procedures.
  • Production go-live and hypercare are supported by stable operations and timely issue response.
