Job Responsibilities

• Pension Plan Data Administration

Knowledge of the US DB pension data domain, including pension plan information for individual participants.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements for plan participants.

Conduct reasonability assessments on pension plan data to confirm accuracy and adherence.

• Communication

Keep collaborators informed on progress for all projects.

• Interact with multiple collaborators, including the ability to discuss details of calculations with Actuaries.

• Workflow Management

Estimate future workload capacity and manage priorities based on urgency and importance.

• Follow up on outstanding queries and advance for support in a timely manner.

• Teamwork and Collaboration

Brainstorm with colleagues to develop innovative solutions.

• Volunteer to support the team by picking up additional workload when needed.

• Continuous Growth

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of business tools and volunteer for testing and troubleshooting.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the regulatory environment and advancements in technology.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of prior experience in a related industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• A keen attention to detail to guarantee perfect completion of tasks.
• Knowledge of SalesForce will be preferred.
