IT Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients in the IT services industry.


• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuous business development.


• Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing new projects.


• Market Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and ensure our services remain competitive.


• Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with other technology firms and third-party vendors to expand service offerings.


• Proposal Development & Presentation: Prepare compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the company's strengths and solutions.


• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and other departments to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.


• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status using CRM tools and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
