Manager - SHE

About this Position

The SHE Manager is responsible for driving the Sustainability, Health,Environment and Safety (SHE) strategy at the Kurkumbh site. The role ensuresfull compliance with Henkel SHE standards, legal requirements, and continuousimprovement agendas, while fostering a strong safety culture and advancingsustainability and process safety excellence across the site.

What youll do

• Manage the review, renewal, and compliance of all SHE-related legal permits, licenses, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with environmentalregulations, including ETP operations, environmental clearances, and applicablelicenses.
• Perform required monthly and quarterly SHE reporting as per internal and external requirements.
• Analyze SHE performance trends and proactivelydrive improvement actions
• Lead investigation and root cause analysis of SHE incidents.
• Support the development, implementation, and tracking of corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and closure ofincidents in Henkel's reporting systems
• Develop and deliver SHE training programs for employees, contractors, and third-party workers.
• Strengthen SHE awareness and competence acrossall levels of the organization.
