Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MongoDB Developer with strong expertise in database design, development, optimization, and integration with enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with MongoDB along with Java, Spring Boot, and modern application development frameworks.

The role involves designing efficient database solutions, developing data models, optimizing queries, and collaborating with application development teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MongoDB database solutions for enterprise applications.

• Create and optimize MongoDB collections, schemas, queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.

• Perform database design, data modeling, migration, and performance tuning activities.

• Develop and optimize MongoDB queries for high-performance applications.

• Work with Java and Spring Boot teams to integrate MongoDB with backend services.

• Analyze application requirements and design appropriate database solutions.

• Troubleshoot database performance issues and implement optimization strategies.

• Support data migration, backup, recovery, and database maintenance activities.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Ensure data security, reliability, and availability across applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in MongoDB development and database engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience with:
