Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure & Microsoft 365 Engineer with strong expertise in cloud operations, automation, and enterprise IT services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure administration, PowerShell automation, Microsoft 365 support, and DevOps practices. The role involves managing cloud environments, improving operational efficiency through automation, and ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerShell at an L3 support level.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and execute Azure Runbooks for operational automation.

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 Groups, user administration, and related services.

• Perform Microsoft 365 License Management activities.

• Monitor Azure environments using tools such as:

  • Log Analytics

  • Application Insights

  • Azure Alerts

• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and provide effective resolutions.

• Ensure application security, reliability, and performance optimization in cloud environments.

• Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance.

• Work with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for deployment automation and pipeline management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable cloud solutions.

• Participate in Agile delivery models, including Scrum or Kanban environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in cloud engineering, Azure administration, and enterprise IT operations.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Azure

  • Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Windows PowerShell

• Proven experience in PowerShell scripting and automation at L3 level.

• Strong knowledge of Azure monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 Groups and licenses.

• Understanding of cloud security, reliability, and performance optimization.

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline management.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
