As a ServiceNow Architect, you will serve as the technical authority and strategic advisor for enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations. You will lead complex solution designs, architect transformative platforms, and provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with business acumen to deliver exceptional value through the ServiceNow platform for our real estate customers. Certification as a Certified Master Architect (CMA) is highly desirable.
As an Architect you will be responsible for
Design and oversee enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectural solutions that align with business objectives and technology roadmaps; collaborate with project management, business analysts, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery
Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architectures
Partner with business stakeholders, project managers, and vendor teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and provide technical expertise during client presentations.
Develop and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and governance frameworks for ServiceNow implementations
Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow modules and other systems
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle; act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges
Establish and enforce ServiceNow development standards, coding best practices, and change management procedures. Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to development teams to ensure solution quality and maintainability.
Lead technical delivery across multiple concurrent workplace and safety-focused ServiceNow projects, ensuring consistent architecture approaches
Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
Advise leadership on strategic platform capabilities, technical direction, and roadmap planning
This role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams
Knowledge of the WSD and Health and Safety module and understanding of the real estate domain a nice plus
What we are looking for
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification
8+ years of experience in IT service management and enterprise architecture
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions
Experience with WSD and HSE modules desirable
Proven experience architecting complex, multi-instance ServiceNow environments
Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations with complex integration requirements. Strong understanding of web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.
Proven track record managing technical delivery on multiple concurrent projects, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with all levels in the organization
Comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities, enjoys new challenges
Experience with business analysis or functional real estate knowledge in the professional services industry a plus
