Knowledge of Oracle Application Object Library, Client setups, responsibilities, menus, and request groups.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in utility, infrastructure, construction, telecom, field services, or large enterprise environments.
Prior experience supporting US Payroll in Oracle EBS.
Knowledge of payroll tax, garnishments, deductions, benefits feeds, and third-party payroll interfaces.
Experience with integrations involving:
o UKG
o Benefits providers
o Time and attendance systems
Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM or migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud is an added advantage.
