Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow Generative AI capabilities is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
• Configure and maintain ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog.
• Implement and customize ServiceNow Generative AI features (Now Assist, Virtual Agent AI, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI integrations).
• Develop workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.
• Create client scripts, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and catalog items.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ITSM, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
• Understanding of ServiceNow Generative AI features (Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence).
• Experience integrating AI services such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or other LLMs is an advantage.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
