We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - BIM to lead Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities across LOD 100-300 while ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective multidisciplinary coordination, and adherence to project standards. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in BIM modeling, quality control, clash detection, and project coordination within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
As an Assistant Manager - BIM, you will collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, consultants, and clients to develop accurate BIM models, conduct quality reviews, and streamline project execution. You will also mentor junior team members, support resource planning, and ensure BIM deliverables are completed on time while meeting client requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and manage BIM models from LOD 100 to LOD 300 in accordance with project requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client standards, BIM workflows, and organizational guidelines.
- Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models to support integrated project delivery.
- Perform quality control (QC) reviews of BIM models, drawings, and project deliverables to maintain high standards.
- Conduct clash detection, review coordination reports, and collaborate with project teams to resolve design conflicts efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to manage BIM deliverables and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Participate in technical discussions, coordination meetings, and project reviews to drive effective collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, deliverable schedules, and team performance while supporting project planning and resource allocation.
- Guide, mentor, and provide technical support to junior BIM modelers and engineers to enhance team capability and productivity.
- Maintain project documentation, quality records, and BIM standards while promoting continuous process improvement.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 6+ years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Certification in BIM or Autodesk Revit is an added advantage.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD for BIM modeling and coordination.
- Experience working with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is preferred, while knowledge of Tekla or Allplan is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows, LOD 100-300 standards, BIM Execution Plans, and model coordination processes.
- Proven experience performing quality control, clash detection, and multidisciplinary model reviews.
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Experience managing BIM deliverables for residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and mentoring abilities with a commitment to delivering high-quality BIM solutions on schedule.
