<\/p>You'll own the visual content across our venture capital fund and consulting business.<\/span>
<\/p>This includes:<\/span>
<\/p>\n \n - Edit high\-quality short\-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube Shorts<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Create engaging Reels and social\-first video content<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Design professional graphics, carousels and social media creatives<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Produce motion graphics and simple animations<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Create event highlight videos and recap reels<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Turn podcasts, interviews and webinars into multiple bite\-sized content pieces<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Design thumbnails, presentation visuals and branded assets<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Work closely with the founders to bring ideas to life quickly<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles and AI creative tools<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Help build a premium, modern visual identity across all our brands<\/span>

<\/p>We are looking for someone who: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>\n \n - Has 2-4 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing or multimedia design<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Has an exceptional eye for design, pacing and storytelling<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Loves creating content for social media<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Can take ownership from raw footage to polished final output<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Understands what performs well on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Is comfortable working in a fast\-moving startup environment<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Pays close attention to detail<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Can manage multiple projects simultaneously<\/span>
