We are seeking an experienced clinical sales professional to help expand the adoption and impact of advanced surgical technologies across healthcare institutions.
This role will focus on driving utilization, supporting surgical teams, and building strong relationships with clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
You will play a key part in developing regional growth strategies, increasing procedure adoption, and supporting commercial objectives.
The position combines medical device sales expertise with clinical education, customer engagement, and strategic account development.
You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements in patient care.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Clinical Sales Executive will be responsible for accelerating clinical adoption, supporting customer success, and driving commercial growth within the assigned territory.

  • Partner with clinical and sales teams to develop strategies that increase utilization of robotic-assisted surgical technologies.
  • Build strong expertise across key surgical specialties to support healthcare teams in adopting and expanding advanced surgical programs.
  • Support regional sales objectives by identifying opportunities, increasing procedure volumes, and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Organize and participate in sales and marketing initiatives that improve product awareness and encourage procedure adoption.
  • Train operating room staff and surgical teams on system management, including preparation, intraoperative support, and postoperative processes.
  • Develop customized adoption plans for surgical teams to help them achieve independent and effective use of the technology.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and hospital stakeholders to identify suitable procedure opportunities and expand clinical applications.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to generate qualified opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Support sales growth through the promotion of instruments, accessories, and related solutions.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, procedures, customer outcomes, expenses, and territory performance.
  • Travel regularly within the assigned territory to support customer engagements and clinical activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring strong medical device sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of sales experience within the medical device, healthcare, diagnostics, or related life sciences industry.
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships and driving commercial growth in a clinical environment.
  • Ability to operate successfully in a high-energy, results-oriented, and dynamic setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting clinical training, surgical education, or medical technology adoption is preferred.
  • Ability to understand complex medical technologies and communicate their value to clinical users.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as required.
