Must Have Key skills:

  • Design and implement reliable wireless architectures using APOS (Access Point on Stick)

  • Configure VLAN tagging, trunking, and multi-SSID routing

  • Perform RCA for network outages and improve uptime

  • Conduct wireless site surveys (Ekahau/AirMagnet), RF analysis, and optimization

  • Ensure coverage planning, interference mitigation, and SLA validation

  • Implement redundancy & failover mechanisms (controller/AP, DHCP resilience)

  • Strong knowledge of 802.11 standards, WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, Cisco/Aruba WLAN solution

  • Designed and implemented highly reliable wireless network architectures using APOS (Access Point on Stick) deployment models.

  • Configured VLAN tagging, trunking, and routing on access points to support multiSSID environments efficiently.

  • Performed root cause analysis (RCA) for network outages and implemented corrective actions to improve uptime.
