We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The role involves configuration, custom development, integrations, and platform optimization across core ServiceNow modules in a large, complex IT environment.
Required Experience & Skills- 6-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
- Solid experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
- Experience with integrations and automation.
- Working knowledge of CMDB concepts and ITIL processes.
- Experience in enterprise or managed services environments preferred.
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) - Mandatory
- CIS (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM) - Preferred
- CAD (Certified Application Developer) - Good to have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team-based environments
Ownership mindset with attention to quality and detail
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box features and custom scripting.
- Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, WSD, CSM, or custom applications.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, catalogs, and flows.
- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Support CMDB and Discovery, ensuring data accuracy and relationship integrity.
- Participate in upgrades, patching, testing, and release management activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams in Agile delivery models.
