ESaaS - Business Central Developer

The ESaaS - Business Central Developer will play a pivotal role in driving the successful integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within Zensar Technologies. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex ERP and CRM integration programs. • 10-15+ years of experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, and CRM integration programs.
• Proven leadership in global delivery teams and complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong project management skills, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and delivery governance.
• Proficiency in budget management, resource planning, and RAID management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid or offshore environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to project delivery.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration projects, including planning, governance, and successful execution.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead governance meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Coordinate with customer teams, implementation partners, architects, developers, and vendors.
• Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, and release management processes.
• Oversee Hypercare, transition to support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage RAID logs, dependencies, change requests, and delivery risks.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication.
• Maintain Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise.
• Provide executive reporting and financial management for integration programs.
