Senior Specialist -TC Functional

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to PLM processes.
• Configure and support Siemens Teamcenter based on business needs.
• Work with stakeholders to design and implement Teamcenter functional solutions.
• Support Teamcenter implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and production issues.
• Configure workflows, change management, BOM management, and document management processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and prepare functional documentation.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with PLM best practices and organizational standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum project activities and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter (TC) Functional.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts.
• Experience with Teamcenter modules such as:
  • Document Management
  • BOM (Bill of Materials) Management
  • Change Management
  • Workflow Management
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, and solution implementation.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter administration and configuration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Teamcenter integrations with CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks) or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC).
• Exposure to Teamcenter upgrades, migration, and data management.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• PLM domain experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering is an added advantage.
