Technical Skills
• Strong debugging skills across Java, Spring Boot, IBM Sterling OMS, and integrated external systems (e.g., Yantriks, Listrik, payment gateways).
• Hands-on experience with SQL (DB2, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Fire store, Big Query).
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and shell scripting for utilities and automation.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Grafana).
Analytical & Problem-Solving
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes across distributed systems and multiple environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, end-to-end business and technical issues.
Domain Knowledge
• Good understanding of Retail domain, especially supply chain, order management, and fulfilment workflows.
Mindset & Collaboration
• Strong learning mindset to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
