<\/h2>This is not a traditional proposal\-writing position. You will become a key member of Cedar's Consulting Excellence & AI Office, supporting our Partners in developing world\-class client proposals while continuously improving the firm's consulting methodologies, knowledge assets and proposal processes. Your work will directly contribute to Cedar's business growth and long\-term competitive advantage.<\/span><\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead the preparation of consulting proposals, RFP and RFI responses.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop client\-specific approach notes, executive summaries and solution documents.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Customise proposal content for each client's unique strategic priorities.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work directly with Partners to convert ideas into compelling client proposals.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct client, industry and competitor research.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage Cedar's proposal library, consulting credentials and case studies.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Capture knowledge from completed projects and build reusable consulting intellectual capital.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain proposal templates, graphics and quality standards.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Leverage AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop AI\-enabled proposal workflows and best practices.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support the development of consulting methodologies, frameworks and thought leadership.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Track proposal performance and recommend improvements.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate proposal development across multiple Partners.<\/span>
<\/p>Who We Are Looking For<\/span>
<\/h2> <\/span><\/span><\/span>2-5 years' experience in management consulting, banking, FinTech, professional services or proposal development.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Outstanding business writing, communication and storytelling skills.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem\-solving ability.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and document design skills.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Exceptional attention to detail.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to manage multiple priorities and proposal deadlines.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Confidence working directly with senior Partners.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.<\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands\-on experience using AI tools for research, writing and proposal development is highly desirable.<\/span>
