IT Officer

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Reports to: IT Head / CFO

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the organization's ERP system, including user access, troubleshooting, and coordination with ERP vendors.
Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and software applications.
Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support to employees across office and operational locations.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, backups, and ensure basic data security and network hygiene.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and IT-related services.
Assist in evaluating and implementing new IT systems and technology solutions.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain IT documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, including ERP systems, networking, printers, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of Windows operating systems, MS Office, networking fundamentals, and IT infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and provide effective user support.
