Job Title: Freelancing - Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - Benefits & Compensation

Shift timing: General Shift (Work will be only monthly 25 to 40 hours)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Benefits and Compensation modules. The candidate must have proven end-to-end implementation experience and should be capable of understanding business requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting the complete project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits and Compensation implementation projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Benefits processes, including benefits plans, programs, eligibility profiles, life events, rates, and enrollment.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Compensation, including salary planning, compensation cycles, budgets, worksheets, eligibility rules, and compensation processes.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
• Perform functional testing, SIT, UAT, and support defect resolution.
• Work closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and issue resolution.
• Conduct requirement workshops and provide functional guidance to business stakeholders.
• Support data conversion, deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues related to Benefits and Compensation.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Benefits and Compensation modules.
• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Benefits configuration and business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Compensation configuration and business processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live support.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functional processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
