About The Job:

• Responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Materials Management (MM) processes, focusing on procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Work closely with business stakeholders (Procurement, Stores/Warehouse, Finance, Production, etc.) to optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and materials management processes while ensuring stable and efficient operations.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of SAP MM Experience

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.
• Configure core SAP MM components, including:
  • Material Master
  • Vendor Master
  • Purchasing Info Records
• Configure and support:
  • Purchase Requisitions (PR)
  • Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Contracts
  • Scheduling Agreements
• Manage and support:
  • Goods Receipts
  • Goods Issues
  • Transfer Postings
• Configure Inventory Management, stock types, and valuation processes.
• Implement and support release strategies, pricing conditions, and output determination.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, conversions, forms, workflows, and developments (RICEFW).
• Support and improve end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and materials management processes.
• Assist with cutover planning, deployment activities, and post go-live support.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP consultants to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP MM experience.
• At least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations or several major rollouts/upgrades.

Strong Experience In

• Purchasing processes including:
  • Purchase Requisitions (PR)
  • Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Contracts
  • RFQs
  • Source Lists
  • Vendor Evaluation
• Inventory Management and Stock Control.
• Material Valuation, Movement Types, and Account Determination.
• Goods receipt and goods issue processes.
• Release strategy configuration and procurement workflows.
• Pricing procedures and purchase order processing.

Integration Experience

• Strong exposure to SAP FI/CO integration.
• Experience with SAP SD, PP, WM, and QM integration is a plus.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes across procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, and finance domains.
