Function Head - ISR MIBS

ISR is the entity in charge of the Cybersecurity for Societe Generale.

Lead and manage MIBS sec team in GSC across operations and delivery

• Act as the primary operational interface with the MIBS CISOs
• Ensure alignment with global cybersecurity strategy and priorities

• Provide regular activity, delivery, and performance reporting to the CISO and stakeholders
• Ensure service commitments, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently met

• Identify risks, delivery gaps, and improvement opportunities proactively. Lead continuous service improvement initiatives

• Own resource planning, staffing, and capacity management

• Ensure teams are appropriately skilled and trained to meet current and future needs

• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
• Improve service quality, scalability, and operational resilience

• Strong leadership in cybersecurity operations and service management with at least 15 years of experience
• Proven experience in global team and service delivery management
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Strong stakeholder management and executivelevel communication skills
• Hands on experience/exposure of various global Enterprise IT delivery.
• Technical knowledge and experience managing teams across various domains involved in Workplace, Data center, Networking, Middleware, security, compliance is required.
• Good understanding and experience and delivery based on ITIL framework. Business Continuity Management and resiliency frameworks and implementation, Transitions, etc.
• Proven experience and knowledge of various IT Security and Compliance aspects. Security certifications such as (but not limited to) CEH, CISSP, CISA, etc. are preferred.
• Understanding of industry standard delivery/compliance/risk/cyber risk models/framework - ISO 27K, 20K, ITIL, NIST OWASP, etc. Certifications are a plus.
