Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and a strong background in architecture, integrations, and enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
- Lead implementation across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Integration Hub
- Define technical architecture, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow platform
- Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs, web services, and third-party tools
- Configure and maintain MID Servers for secure communication and orchestration
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to ensure successful delivery
- Drive Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and retrospectives
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical leadership to development teams
- Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Integration Hub
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, and integration frameworks
- Experience with MID Server setup and management
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and workflows
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Implementation Specialist / Architect certifications
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices
