Job Title - ServiceNow HRSD & Now Assist Architect
Experience Required - 11+ years 
Time zone - 4 PM/5 PM to 1 AM/2 AM IST
Budget - 1.3LPM

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 11+ years of overall IT experience, including 9+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, solution design, and architecture, with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions for enterprise organizations; 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Now Assist.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale HRSD implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee experience solutions.
• Experience implementing AI capabilities such as ServiceNow Now Assist.
