Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure Developer with strong expertise in Azure Function Apps and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. This role requires excellent technical leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage directly with clients while delivering scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain serverless applications using Azure Function Apps.
Build scalable cloud solutions using TypeScript and Azure services.
Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architecture reviews.
Propose cost-effective, business-driven cloud solutions aligned with client requirements.
Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and resolve challenges.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Integrate Azure Functions with APIs, databases, messaging services, and other Azure resources.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and reliability.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team.
Quickly onboard into existing projects and contribute to ongoing feature development with minimal ramp-up time.

Mandatory Skills
7+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Extensive experience in Azure Function Apps development.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
Experience designing scalable, secure, and serverless cloud solutions.
Ability to lead architecture discussions and recommend cost-effective technical solutions.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to independently handle technical discussions and project deliverables.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure API Management.
Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Event Grid, Event Hub, and Service Bus.
Experience with Azure Storage Accounts, Cosmos DB, or Azure SQL Database.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Application Insights and Azure Monitor.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform) is an advantage.
