The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C# / .NET Core, REST API development, event-driven architecture, and AWS services including Lambda, S3, SQS, and RDS. Experience integrating with iLEVEL and internal workflow tools is essential. The role requires a strong backend engineering mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to build reliable, secure, and maintainable systems in a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using C# and .NET Core
- Build and enhance scalable REST APIs for internal and external system integrations
- Develop and support integrations with iLEVEL and internal workflow tools
- Design and implement solutions using event-driven architecture principles
- Work with AWS services including Lambda, S3, SQS, and RDS to build and support cloud-native solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams
- Translate business and integration requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability
- Build reusable components and services for integration-heavy environments
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions
- Contribute to testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs, integrations, and workflows
- Mentor junior team members and support engineering best practices
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong backend engineering expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core
- Proven experience in REST API development
- Experience integrating enterprise systems, including iLEVEL and internal workflow tools
