About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for the technical implementation and optimization of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) software license lifecycles.
- Design and configure the ServiceNow SAM Pro module, including entitlements, software models, and discovery patterns.
- Utilize and customize Publisher Packs to manage complex software licensing.
- Manage Microsoft Office 365 SaaS consumption, SQL Server core-based licensing, and Windows Server infrastructure reports.
- Configure Oracle database cluster views, manage Oracle-specific reconciliation, and generate Effective License Position (ELP) reports.
- Integrate with Client License Metric Tool (ILMT) to track PVU-based licensing and ensure Client software compliance.
- Integrate SAM with the ServiceNow Shopping Hub and Service Catalog to automate software requests.
- Develop workflows to automate license reclamation and software deployment upon catalog approval.
- Configure Asset Management–Procurement Integration to automate entitlement creation from purchase orders.
- Develop dashboards and automated reclamation candidates to identify underutilized software for cost savings.
- Connect with external vendor portals and inventory tools using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Use Transform Maps and Data Loads to ingest bulk entitlement data from legacy systems.
