Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Airtable Architect with a strong background in software development and a proven expertise in OutSystems. The ideal candidate will have 10 15 years of experience in designing and implementing complex database solutions using Airtable, while also leveraging OutSystems for application development. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Airtable solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize OutSystems to create robust applications that integrate seamlessly with Airtable databases.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Airtable and OutSystems development.
• Document technical processes and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in OutSystems development, including experience with its architecture and deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Airtable, including database design, automation, and integration capabilities.
• Proven experience in software development methodologies and project management.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other low code platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with API integrations and data migration strategies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Understanding of data security and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Airtable and OutSystems.
• Relevant certifications in OutSystems or Airtable are a plus.
