About The Job:
- As a Subject Matter Expert in Azure IaaS and Terraform, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalations and incidents while adhering to service level agreements and quality standards.
- Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction through effective analysis and problem-solving, as well as by mentoring team members and enhancing operational processes.
- Experience: 8–12 Years
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated incidents by analyzing Azure IaaS and Windows environments while adhering to agreed service level agreements.
- Mentor team members and administrators on best practices in Azure IaaS and Terraform, while preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing.
- Validate Change Order implementation plans and ensure human error compliance by actively participating in capacity planning sessions and utilizing Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Facilitate positive customer feedback and satisfaction by actively engaging in customer meetings, addressing concerns related to Azure services, and providing effective communication to stakeholders.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Trend Analysis of incidents, validate findings, and generate reports to support performance improvement initiatives and present insights to key business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Skill Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Azure IaaS and Windows Server management.
- Advanced expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure Automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in documenting processes and creating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Must Have Skills
- Terraform.
- Windows Azure IaaS.
Good to Have Skills
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.
