Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
| Design of Engine & Engine components |
| Tolerance stack-up for Engine assembles, systems and components. |
| Working with Engine and Genset level DMU for component packaging requirements |
| Good understanding of Engineering drawing, basic Engine caluclation |
| Experience in Team Center or any PLM tool |
| Knowledge of CAE simulation and validation , DVP will be an added advantage. |
| Knowldege of RCA methodologies - Why why anlaysis, Fish bone diagram , fault Tree analysis (FTA), Failure mode & effect analysis (FMEA )is must |
Functional Skills
Basic of Engine Design
3D CAD modeling, Drafting - Software Preferred - Unigraphics NX
Knowledge of Manufactuing processes - casting, forging, machining
Tolerance stack-up for Engine assembles, systems and components.
Team Center or any PLM tool
