Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop BIW welding fixture 2D / 3D finish / concepts based on customer requirements.
• Create concept layouts and 3D models using CATIA V5 / NX / Fides.
• Prepare feasibility studies and fixture design concepts.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with automotive standards and GD&T principles.

Required Skills:

• Experience in BIW Fixture 2D / 3D / Concept Design.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 / NX / Fides.
• Knowledge of welding fixtures, tooling, clamps, locators, and automotive manufacturing.
• Understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
